About Emma

The OD specialist who rolls up her sleeves

I've spent over a decade building capability inside organisations — from large-scale enterprise environments through complex change to fast-paced startup contexts where the pace is relentless and the stakes are high.

Currently, I work as a fractional Leadership Development Consultant, partnering with executive and senior leaders across mining, professional services, tech, regulatory bodies, and health and community services.

What sets me apart is the combination of academic rigour and practical edge. I'm completing a Masters in Business Psychology while running real programs that deliver real results. I bring evaluation frameworks, VoE data, and engagement metrics. Not just good vibes and a slide deck.

I primarily work virtually, which means I can partner with your team wherever you are in Australia, without compromise on quality, connection, or depth.
